Hi Tory, 

I assume you're taking the ACA course and I will look into this.  There may be a correct/incorrect answer that needs ot be changed and I will take care of making that revision. I need to look at the wording and context of both the course content and the question in the final exam.

In the meantime, this is my explanation...The adjuster and agent owe their loyalty to the company before the policyholder.  This basically means that you can't do any "favors" for the policyholder that would be against company policy. 

If the adjuster or agent would bend rules, i.e. provide a lower premium, add benefits, etc., everyone would be affected.  

If there a place in the course or the exam where this is not explained correctly, I will make the revisions.
