Hello,

The percentage is computerized by a different part of the system than the checkboxes on your course that show each element as complete. 

When you are able to fill out your course completion affidavit you have completed your course. In most if not all of our CE courses you should be able to download your certificate of completion within an hour of passing the final exam and filling out the Course Completion affidavit (usually within minutes).
