Why does this question has this answer if the Study Manual says the contrary?

The Manual says "Are Insureds:

  • An employee, if the covered auto is owned by that employee or a member of his or her household Incorrect

 

The Quiz said:

"Which of the following would not be a named insured?
Select one:
A. The named insured for any covered auto
B. Permissive users of covered autos including the owner or anyone else from whom the covered car is hired or borrowed
C. An employee, if the covered auto is not owned by that employee or a member of his or her household Incorrect
D. Anyone liable for the conduct of an insured described above
