Linda,

You do not have to memorize the FL statutes for the state exam, but you do need to have a general understanding of the content.  You do have to be familiar with definitions in the statutes (domestic, foreign, alien, etc) and the dates/days.  For example - # of CE credits, # of days to change your address, etc.

You do have to know the types of policies, i.e. HO3, HO4, DP1, etc.
