Am I reading this right and according to the new requirements I must pass this online course and its final exam by Sept. 30th, but I can still take the state exam AFTER that date?

If yes, what is my window of time to take the state exam( 2-15) after completing the 40 hour online course by end of Sept.?

If no: Ughh...
