Hi Nicole,

After you complete the final exam you complete the Grade Submittal Form.  This form is recognized by the Compliance Department at OLT and notification is sent to the college.  The college then issues a Certificiate of Completion which you send to the state so you can receive your license.

The Grade Submittal Form is located near the bottom of the left-hand toolbar on your home page. The June 30, 2015 deadline is no longer in effect.  The state passed a new bill which eliminated the six month work experience requirement.  Please see the student forum announcement for more information on the bill.

The final exam has 50 multiple-choice questions.
